Located a few kilometres away from Phi Phi Don, this pristine island is teeming with diverse colourful coral reefs and offers some of the best snorkelling in Phi Phi Island.
This cove’s international fame – the movie, The Beach starring Leonardo di Caprio was filmed here – attracts a myriad of tourists who enjoy its cliff-enclosed beach, fine sands and lush vegetation. A small terrace at the backend of the beach offers a superb viewpoint to Loh Sama, a small bay renowned for snorkelling.
Located approximately five kilometres from the resort, Nui Bay offers great reef and wall diving opportunities. Get acquainted with banded boxer shrimp, scurrying lobsters as well as various types of nudibranch. Sea turtles and leopard sharks are also common sights.
Phi Phi Island’s main commercial hub, Tonsai, 30 minutes away from the resort by long-tail boat, can be crowded and noisy, but also has plenty to offer. There are no cars or motorbikes on the island but a variety of shops provide amusement as you traverse it on foot.
